Job Title: Vehicle Rental Assistant
Job Type: Full-time - Permanent
Location: Rochester, Kent
Salary: Dependent on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a Vehicle Rental Assistant to assist the Manager in the day to day running of the business.
Based in Rochester, Kent, we are the UK's first and largest EV rental company with an increasing fleet of 67 vehicles.

Responsibilities and Duties

Able to organise and prioritise your workload and work productively within the team, process rental agreements, checking vehicles in and out and damage reporting.
An ability to convert enquiries into rentals and sourcing new business is a must along with keeping records of previous rentals.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates will ideally have experience in the vehicle rental industry, however training will be provided.
You will need to have experience of Microsoft packages, Google Docs and ideally operating a CRM.
A keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 5 years with nor more than 6 points for any minor endorsements.
